ИПЛУ(IPLU)-10-1 insulators are designed for insulation and fixation of current-carrying parts in electrical apparatuses, switchgears of electric stations and substations, complete switchgear, AC current leads with rated voltage 6 and 10 kV with frequency up to 100 Hz, at power facilities in industry , agriculture, in the communal sector and organizations of other branches of the national economy.
The environment shall be non-explosive, free of dust, corrosive gases and vapors of concentrations destroying metal coatings and insulation (atmosphere of II type in accordance with GOST 15150).
U type of climatic performance, category 2 for indoor use (volumes), and also as built-in complete products of category 1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69 and designed to work under the following conditions:
- altitude above sea level - not more than 1000 m;
- relative humidity of air - not more than 98% at 30 ° С;
- the upper operating value of the ambient air temperature is plus 50 ° C;
- the lower operating value of ambient air temperature - minus 45 ° С;
Insulators are manufactured by means of casting an epoxy composition in vacuum.
Insulators are manufactured in accordance with the rated current and tire size.
Installation and connection sizes of the insulators of ИПЛУ(IPLU)-10-1 type fully correspond to ТПОЛУ(TPOLU)-10-1 current transformers.
